I just don't think there is the synergy there for anyone at present to come rushing in, buying the Hillgrove stake and then launching a takeover.
To do so would mean paying a very high premium to us shareholders, and once again the synergy to do so is absent imo.
The most value for shareholders in the short, medium and long term will be created by ESG board and management following their current course of action - building the Eastern Star Gas into the premier csm supplier in NSW.
