Iits pretty obvious that Shell will push it off as long as possible. I wouldnt be surprised if they waited til after christmas even. Dollar should be back to around 70-75cents soon.
I dont think there is any doubt that it wont go through. Its not like the gas companies have been struggling to make a profit over these past few years :)
