Already strange that Fraunhofer has licenced Cerenergy to Altech Australia. Funded by Germany / EU, it should have licenced this to an EU company.
In the end, the Germans will have to control at least 51% of the company. They already run the project, Iggy already went off to dreamland leading the Li dream team.
The 500m aren't the problem, just a few small formalities to be done.
Looks like Ahrens & Co's lobbying will pay off. The ones signing off are too busy to check every detail. Having secured support by 2 state premiers and the Chancellor will open the door.
