don't you just love the way any third party can ask the EPA to do a report on Arrowsmith without any logical basis or sound reason.
End effect is it delayed the drilling about a month and because of the rig's NT commitments re contract and now it will cost the JV $millions and further delay the assessment of the drilling results.
