Not rushing it doesn't mean they can't have it in time for the conference... Maybe they are taking time so they have news to talk about, I really don't know.
Whether I am fresh blood or not is a matter of opinion. In terms of number of years I guess some would call be a newcomer, but I have spent over 10% of my life with my money invested in this company. so I'd say that was fairly long term so far.
