Shale Gas exploration in Australia is attracting large international interest. Whilst NWE won't know the full frac/flow results of Arrowsmith*2 for several months we do have some other activities which could generate a lot of excitement for NWE.

I am referring to Beach and Adelaide Energy which are currently fraccing a couple of holes in the Cooper Basin. Any success here will give NWE a real kick along.

If anyone wants to have a double play then have a look at Senex ( SXY ).They also are having a look at a resource under their newly aquired Stuart Petroleum permits which have indicated resources of over 60 TCF GIP. SXY also has a pretty agressive Cooper oil program coming up once the area dries out. They are currently drilling Vintage Crop which if I remember won a cup at Melbourne.

Good luck all NWE longs. Let's hope we hit gas. Keep an eye on BPT/ADE for Aussie frac progress. This could be big for Australia.
