No, it’s not what I want to call it - it’s whether those calling it what they think it is are being factual or defamatory. The fact that one person has had a few of their posts taken down thus far demonstrates they’ve clearly NOT been factual in their accusations.

Please follow carefully - a missed timeline doesn’t mean the company deliberately was aware they would never meet that timeline when they first announced it. Do you understand that if they had, then you could claim the company misled you.
But if it’s just a case of, “damn it, it didn’t come to fruition when we hoped it would of believed it should”, then that is NOT the same as being misled.

And again, to make a public post about such a thing is at risk of being considered defamatory towards the company, which to me is absurd why anyone would be foolish enough to want to risk that.
