Agree!!
People made investment decisions based on the information the BOD supplied. It doesn't matter whether the announcements were Intentionally, recklessly or by omission misleading. Misinformation has consequences and investors have the right to ask questions!!
Accountability is not passed onto investors when they are mislead by wildly inaccurate announcements and media podcasts which aren't subsequently corrected or adequately explained.
Now stating Bruce intentionally misled shareholders is altogether a different argument and only Bruce knows the answer to that question.
However, proof that one was misled and not what was in Bruce's head is an easy argument to mount.
