This is a fair assessment I think. The V would have popped up on many traders radar's when it was about to break 12-14 cents. This was right as a pennant formed and signaled ~16 cents as the next ceiling.
Not surprising at all that we had HUGE volume around the low teens only to have the price driven up to that ceiling (plus an overshoot).
Now they all sell out and in the wash the long term holders can pick up more at a 20% discount on new highs.
Rinse and Repeat. With a new ceiling at 24 cents.
