Notice of annual general meeting CEO remuneration stayed the same for FY23 as FY24 which was passed at the AGM. CEO has taken a cash pay cut of $731,000 this year and instead took the difference as further equity/shares. happy for anyone to correct me on this. I may have misread the report.
Taking a pay cut and increasing equity is as good as any a sign the CEO is backing the share price to increase.
Looking forward to the next quarterly coming out very soon. If they can show a second Qtr in a row of increased cash flow positive then you may get some of the bigger funds that have turned their back on the stock taking another look. Graph looks good. Shaping up for a decent year IMO.
My family are regularly users of the Site, maybe once a month for odd jobs mainly around the house. Find it Very convenient.
