At this end of town..as you put it,IMO any Broker who has done there DD would class:

MEO = High Risk

CUE = Medium Risk

I would also like to point out that cues share price has from the 23/4/09 = 10.5 to 23/9/09 = 28.5c to where it sits now 21.5c has doubled in price.Why was that?
I suggest it was because of conrete production results and not speculation,so how can you say the Market doesnt rate Cue.
