Yes, there is certainly an unexplained anomoly with that missing 10% of the 3D.

It seems we shareholders perhaps weren't fully informed of the deal done between the PP's at the time and I'm pretty positive now you have found the "smoking gun" with regard to CUE's "status quo" reference in there somewhere.

I wonder why we weren't told of the reason for this anomoly..perhaps they thought it wouldn't ever come up in any future dealings or it was too complex for us mortals to understand....hmmm.

I hope once all this squabbling between CUE and MEO/MOG/PF is cleared up, it will become clearer in their announcements.

It just gets stranger & stranger the further we look into their past announcements.

Now my brain hurts!!
