Option is option. IMO, whoever has hired it with some extention options has the right to extend the time. Isn't it tha simple?

According to the reserachers here Songa Venus and NH 4 won't suit to MEO. One of us should email this PNN news to MEO by giving details of those rigs. And MEO should contact PNN and ask them to amend their news or whatever is necessary.
