The funds raised from sophisticated and professional investors in late 2009 are considered sufficient to underpin the drilling of Artemis-1.'

Does it really matter who it is provided they can drill holes deep enough under water, has a good nose for gas and doesn't end up a cinder like our other foe, Atlas!
