... a big deal for MOG, but for non MOG holders just a shuffle of ownership... the monetary impact of the deal is the interesting thing here imo. For money is the reason this has happened... any other reasons ?

Why would Gascorp, who are basically our directors and their private investors mates, sell their share of Artemis in exchange for shares in MOG?

Thinking aloud here - so please help ...

They can't easily sell out as the shares are escrowed.

So they must believe that the 120'000'000 shares in MOG will be worth more to them this way. Adding to their already large percentage holding in MOG.

According to MEO presentation MOG unrisked value = 0.875

Ratio of MEO current share price puts MOG at 46.75 cents

NO value given to other interests...!

    2million MOG shares @ 0.875 = $175 mill market cap

Surely any buyer could negotiate with Gascorp privately for this amount.

To me it seems it must be a way for Gascorp investors to strip more out the deal and "SELL" more of the Artemis story before any deal is concluded.

Gascorp are basically our team wringing out as much value from Artemis as they can through MOG for themselves.

But I am still wondering why...Does it really make it easier for a TO....is this insider trading of some sort?

    confused...
