mmm.. yep a cap raising does make alot of sense for what has happened with MOG. Hard for a private company to raise funds in the market place these days... Clever.
I assume the vote of weather the 120 mil shares goes through or not is a fait accompli. I assume this could take place after a farmout announcement too... That would be worth checking for timings.
