I have been taking 5mil of fish oil every day for the last six months, I have not had any joint swelling, Before that
around every two or three weeks it would be in my joints some where, Only time it came back I had run out of oil
for four days, some times I would be on walking sticks that's how bad it was, Allso if i done a little work in the garden
I would have a stiff back now that has all gone. Hope that helps any one that has not tried it.
