these insitutional price targets should not be taken seriously. there is a chance Centro could go bust, so instos don't want egg on their faces if they make high share price targets and then Centro goes bust. on the other hand if Centro survives / recovers and the share price greatly exceeds their target, noone is going to complain are they ?
