I think those implications are slanderous to say the least; and I don't think that CFS nor significant investors that I have spoken to would allow such a move - because certainly this was already envisaged or flagged as a possible negative quite some time ago before Rufrano even came on board.

There are too many third parties looking at the deals by way of Banks and significant holders looking over Rufrano's and the Company's shoulder that have a power of veto and would not allow that to happen - in other words if they were to smell a rat then they would simply not allow any deals to occur.
