Since mid Sept, FKP has been consolidating and virtually tracking sideways as has most of the AREIT's- the XPJ also clearly shows this. FKP is not doing anything out of the ordinary from its sector, regardless of it's retirement segment.

The Instos have too much control over this sector for a particular stock to go against the sector markedly without there being something specific driving it.

Unlikely FKP will do anything out of line with the sector unless there is rumours/news driving it. The market doesn't appear to be buying the SGP takeover talk at this stage.
