The primary question for me remains how the equity portion will be funded.
There are best case scenarios that involve pre-sales or ThyssenKrupp taking equity at a premium in order to have control of supply. I don't know the likelihood of these scenarios.
There are worst case scenarios that see 250 million or more new shares being offered at a discount to raise the A$30-35 million.
I know management can't give too much detail but it would be nice to know what range of options are realistically available.
