Well here's a start...our share price was around 15.5 - 16 cents at the time of the trading halt.
After the insto capital raise we fell to 12 cents pretty quickly.
On that basis why did I need to participate in the CR when we knew it was going down to probably 10 cents ???? Absolutely no incentive at all.
IMO if they offered it to insto's at 12 cents....they should have offered existing SH's a further discount...lets say buy @ 10 cents. That would have got me in and probably many others...because its well known that the participation of existing was poor....and I wonder why ??????
