They did divest “non-core business” as per the announcement on 08/04/15 but my interpretation is that they are still able to complete this work, more to the point is that they now use EnviroSuite as a platform for these activities.
Looking at this business that they sold and the services they provide as per the link below, they offer a range of services that PEH continue to provide but will not be privy to utilise the cloud platform.
