yup. no doubt they will dump some as they vest and clip profit. they do need to hit their targets though, so it's quite a balanced agreement that marry both companies together well. expiry of 2026 is only because for a contract to be enforceable, it needs an expiry. I don't think there's anything special about this date.
Amazon going to by flying large, especially if this hits $30-$40 + !
