Hmm, it makes more sense for Amazon to exercise the warrants and hold them- taking Z1p profits boosts the balance sheet.
If ebay wanted quick cash, it would have sold paypal by now but it doesn't because it's a cash cow.
Yeah, we don't know what Z1p dividends will look like but it seems myopic to be the second largest holder of Z1p and be in retail, then opt to dump the shares for quick financial gain.
