While at CSL, Mr McLiesh brokered numerous in-licensing agreements with international companies enabling CSL to expand into new markets profitably.

He has also been closely involved in a number of merger and acquisition negotiations; the establishment of partnerships and collaborative relationships and the negotiation of supply agreements for CSL's export products to international markets.
