If by chance the opposition win (and that is very unlikely) they cannot kick out lynas without taking them to court.... the same courts that are upholding the current TOL.
The courts run independently to the government so if Lynas is within its legal rights to be in Malaysia and not breaching any license conditions imposed on them, the court will uphold their right to operate.
So in my opinion, the govt will remain unchanged. If it doesn't it wont matter anyway.
