I got the statistics from here:

Putting it in Excel and dividing the BN by the PR gives you the percentage that voted for each side.
You can then work out the swing required by finding the difference in numbers between BN and PR and dividing by 2, then converting it into a percentage.
Also need to make sure you include the uncontested seats from last election (10 seats).
