Thats your right but it could just be more legal costs for CKK shareholders to foot the bill for. Personally I feel Kelley's intent to date has been aligned with best interests for shareholders. Telfer was a disaster but was that his fault in the end when the bit hit high water ingress from an aquifer in the strata ?
Hopefully we are all on the same page including WS who still may hold shares and we all want CKK to recover and be a profitable company in the future-yes ?
