From what you wrote above it would appear that you are saying shareholders should not have been made aware of the above. This I would have thought is in conflict with what a lot of us shareholders have been concerned about i.e. the lack of information coming from the company.
I go back to some of my earlier posts on this issue. Let the courts settle it once and for all. Sure it will cost shareholders more money but have we not been paying for it dearly anyway with the fall in shareprice?
I for one want to see an end to this once and for all. I will abide by any decision made in a court of law on this.
