    I don't understand how people see WS riding to the rescue of shareholders.
    It sounds like, due to a very badly drafted contract, WS can take ownership of the drill which we as Sh's paid for.
    If WS succeeds then he has the drill at no cost in his private company and we have almost worthless shares with buckleys chance of recovery.
    Am I missing something?
