Two things you said,

The reference to the six various small cap shares tickers and ISX not being like them etc. and,

"That info would be for their board and their regulators (ASX, AUSTRAC, Deutsche Bourse, EuroCentralBank), unless they had a statutory obligation to disclose it."

That is close to a word for word quote from an email I received from JK.

Given your satisfaction/defense of their recent announcements re: guidance I was very surprised that JK would feel the need to say that sort of thing in an email as you don't seem to have an issue requiring him to say something like that to you.

That's how I got to the point of thinking either you did have an issue with no guidance (despite telling all here otherwise) causing JK to say something to you in an email close to identical to what he said to me or if that was not the case then you are JK.

You also seemed pretty overly passionate in your defense of management.

Anyway if I was off the mark I apoligise.
