Small firm poised to mine Saudi resources

Australian-listed ADV Group is set to change its name to Citadel Resources. Themedia and advertising services company is switching its focus to participate ina major new copper mining project in Saudi Arabia. Also part of the Citadelentity will be mining services firm Vertex, after a merger. The latter has heldthe mining rights to the Jabal Sayid deposit, which could have a resource of asmuch as 150 million tonnes grading 1.5% copper, since 2002. Under the newstructure, Citadel will retain a stake of 50% and the lead management, with theother half to be owned by Central Mining Company Investments
