I take total exception to this comment:-

"That will dilute or even eliminate existing shareholder equity."

So in essence this Journalist is saying that it may wipe out ALL shareholder value - total & utter rubbish and Journalist tripe imo.

...and this...

"Centro Properties was forced to admit today that the restructuring and asset sale process was proving hard to do, given the collapse in credit markets and the lack of finance"

"Forced to admit"???? - Isn't this Journalist being overly melodramatic and quite floury in his semantics, a bit of a dramatist I would even suggest??? I would strongly suggest that this is what is commonly called TRANSPARENCY!


I would also add that I for one will take this Crikey article with a grain of salt.
