The whisper suggested some ppl are looking closely at a TO.

Have any of our London contributors heard similar noises? In the light of what Investor112, Horsetrader1 and co outline, a TO in the wind might be what the doctor would order for those with short-term needs ... And for those with a long-term view, such as me, hmmm I like the idea too!
