Mike Quinn said, as we know, it is difficult to decipher what is happening among the noises emanating from the company’s office high above King William Street in Adelaide’s CBD.

But there are, I've heard on the grapevine, hushed voices from Baar, a pub in Switzerland where a mate had a drink recently. Those voices needed no Enigma machine to decipher their message, just a knowledge of German and a knowledge of Europe's need for low sulphur zinc. The whisper suggested some ppl are looking closely at a TO.
