Take a lot of rain to stop drillers, they spend all day covered it mud and wet on a regular basis anyway, the weather over there has been wet but not enough to put two/three week delays on production, no way in hell.
That type of delay is more like a drill breaking down I the middle of nowhere with no way of fixing or getting parts.
I have spent months on end covered in mud in rain wind and cold to keep production going in similar conditions.
Not very often rain will stop a driller
