    I must say that I'm a bit confused regarding:

    "They include Centro's Australian financiers, US private placement noteholders and a US lending group reaching further agreement by September 30 on the terms on which Centro assets can be sold".

    I thought this was a criteria for the 30th May deadline. How can Centro sell properties in the next couple of months if the banks have until September to decide how this will be distributed?
