    they should get more as being one of the main centres in WA, and with the ongoing resources boom, there should be lots of disposal income still on hand. But all in all Centro will keep management rights so there is a bit of a trade off i guess.

    But $300million should be the minimum price for 50% share - no probs the money is there.
