CFS Retail: 10 shopping centre values up $154.2m

"CFS Retail Property Trust has lifted the book values of 10 of its Australian shopping centre assets by an unaudited $154.2 million following an independent valuation between January and June 2008.

It is estimated that the gross assets of the trust will be $7.6 billion and the NTA backing per unit is estimated to increase from $2.26 at January 1 to $2.32 at June 30, ex distribution."


PS Centro will not be selling unless they are offered prices above book value.
