Hazardous, VCR did say to me last week, that dealing with the FDA was very lengthy, he said for instance..........if they want to file a document, they have to wait a month for a reply, I think you are aware they have certain dates when they met..........so am thinking from when VCR apply for the approval, maybe a month off before they hear, he did say, they want to get it right as they don,t want to have to go back and start again.................my feeling is, we are going to get a Presentation sometime in the last quarter, with all the information we are waiting on.........and the new product is the (Tets Technology) he did say they would not be releasing projected numbers of implant patients and revenue, but that the information that was going to be released, it would be easy to work out, projected earnings from what was published.

So am not expecting anything concrete to come from the VCR camp, as he said they were going to continue with the policy of protecting there product until the time was right ...........he did tell me to ring if I had any queries, I am now confident of the outcome with the next Presentation and the share price has made a modest turn for the best.

I did tell him I knew the Tets Patent was up for Application and aware of the new equipment on the TGA site..........but as I expected, nothing was said.
