Well COH listed in 1995, they've done 250 000 implants since '81, granted they also have other hearing products in their inventory. I can't remember the number of heart patches used in surgery world wide every year but north america uses 100 000 (I think).

lets say that cardiocel becomes the standard. 100000 X 1500 (stated price of patch) is 150m per year, and thats just north america. There is still Europe, Asia, South East Asia, and Australia. Somebody more knowledgeable will be able to give you numbers for patches required throughout the world. But i'm just going to assume that it would be higher than North America lets use a total of 400 000 which is probably completely wrong but hey this is just a thought process 4X150=600. 600m in patch revenue per year. COH has a bit closer to a billion per year. But if you add the ADAPT potential we start to get a bit closer on revenue. start adding vaccine potential and i have no idea because i just realised that COH and AHZ have a vastly different amount of shares on issue so i'm not actually sure what that does to the share price, i'm assuming lowering it.

So yeah, a resmed seems like a good guess.
