At the moment, 10 people might be there.Shine’s chief operating officer, Jodie Willey, said the firm was taking government advice and was considering some kind of formal transition back to the office in July, with issues such as signage and spacing to be examined.But Ms Willey added: “We won’t necessarily all be rushing back.”One example she cited was the efficiency of call centre staff working away from an office.“The reality is this [event] has proven they can work effectively at home,” Ms Willey said.
