Yes, dp, I can accept that point of view. They take their medicine on occasion, irrespective of preference, but other times they purse their lips tight when the spoon with the medicine approaches.

My doubts about legal recourse potential make me think they may try to avoid taking it this time.

If they looked at true books or revenue representations and the contract terms, then it seems hard to successfully argue they were 'mislead' by contract-related announcements, or absence of announcement about any 'contract' cessation.

Of course, let's not forget that it's possible there will be no medicine to take. Disclosure problems are not the same as core business problems.
