You make some valid points. Some of the missed disclosures are very basic procedures.
If a company was deliberately trying to deceive it would make sure that type of paperwork was lodged.
I haven't checked but has the company's secretary ever served on an ASX listed company before ?
IMO He's probably going to be looking for a new job come Friday.
Feels like the blind leading the blind in regard to what they need to undertake to be a listed company.
It's in no ones real interested for the company to be forced into shutting shop via legal battles with shareholders so I see that as a possible if not last resort if GSW can't get sufficient compliance safe guards in place.
