With all due respect I can save GSW some of that $150K advice fee from PWC or at least ask for some sort of discount here.

How about starting with lodging an Appendix 3Z for Jamila Gordon and a Appendix 3X for Nevash Pillay ?

Seriously these really are 101 disclosure matters with respect to compliance with ASX Listing Rules that a hack suburban advisor could flag and IMO opinion it really shows scant attention to detail and a lack of robust board process and governance.

I hope for all shareholders sake that GSW's attention to detail in its commercial agreements is more robust !

I imagine that PWC and GSW's recently appointed Tier 1 legal firm will be advising on matters with regard to Listing Rule 3.1 plus others and most likely Sect 674 of the Corps Act (2001). IMO this is the elephant in the room, the instos as I have mentioned may be taking separate advice in this regard - watch this space !
