    Article interprets the MCS36 update and also advises that Centro will release distribution figures for the rest of the funds today. It also mentions that Centro can not spend on capital improvements using loans and instead needs to use operational cash flow to fund the improvements hence some dividends will be removed or reduced. It also mentions how the NAB on certain funds went up by around 13% whilst some went down by 19%.
