Well PC talking rubbish there about WPL buying the company that holds the 35% of the JV. Therefore no PE
I refer you to both COP and WPL first public announcements which stated that the JV partners both had pre emptive rights.
Now he say that they didn't. Like to see both COP and WPL defend that new rational in court. They haven't got a chance.
What we still don't know is why FAR believes that the PE 30 day timetable hadn't started. I am sure that FAR is correct in this matter.
Thus COP should just re issue the notice period correctly as that would appear what the Senagal government want.
But maybe WPL knows that FAR now have a sugar daddy?
