Forgot to mention. All this talk on the SP, we don't know how FJ is going to react. WDL might get to the 51% level very quickly, but the top 10% holds quite a few shares (from memory 30+5 isn't it) and of course within that FJ's got 11%
In conjunction with recommendation from the board, they would be the ones to signal the acceptance???
