Except that FAR DON'T have a 15% stake when all is said and done. Petrosen have their PE rights on a portion of FAR....and in my opinion would take those rights , even if they had to borrow.
On the other hand....they may be doing a side deal with WPL themselves that is contrary conduct. I don't trust any of these big players to do the right thing.

We see that with politicians too, using every loophole possible....like charging the taxpayer 250$ a day to live in their newly purchased unit in Canberra. .... thus paying off their new mortgage with taxpayer money, rather than stay at a hotel as those funds were intended. Legal in this case.

NO Petrosen and WPL and CNE and FAR execs will all be doing whatever they can for their own benefits. Shareholders just cough up the money for their wages and exploration/ research/drilling costs....and FAr will lose that 1.5 percent, of that I am sure.
